Malcolm Hames - Partner

Malcolm was with HSBC Bank plc for thirty-five years, the last ten at the Bank’s Management Training College in St Albans. The college is their centre of global excellence. Malcolm had the privilege of being in a small team that conveyed technical training to the management development of the staff at HSBC. This was following 25 years of management of sales teams in the branches.

He trained the international management and graduate intake in Financial and Non-Financial analysis techniques. This included the understanding of accountancy, the application of accounting standards and the interpretation of the management and formal accounting documentation. On the Non-Financial side the staff benefited from understanding the various analysis tools used in business appreciation through Sales, Marketing, Management and Process Analysis. Equally Negotiation and Interviewing techniques were included in the majority of courses.

Louisa Felstead - Partner

Louisa’s varied work experience reflects an understanding of and practical application in many areas of the business community. This includes all around experience of working in a small licensed multiple to include accounting, training, administrative and legal functions.

She has a history of 10 years plus in sales management including the recruitment and training of new representatives. As a team leader, She was responsible for and the main contact for a grouping of up to 60 individuals. Area Management increased this to a number of up to 400 at any given time.

Bookkeeping/finance/accounting/insolvency plus experience in the following fields- major practise, building trade, rented accommodation sector (charitable status), retail, licensed trade, and marketing support.

She also has finance, commercial and operational experience within two of the U.Ks major tour operators.
